Placements24 seeks a strategic and operational leader to serve as Head of Financial Operations, a fully remote role overseeing accounting, payroll, AR/AP, and financial systems. You will drive efficiency, implement best practices, and ensure integrity of financial processes across a distributed team.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Accounting/Finance, CA(SA) preferred, and 10+ years in financial operations with strong IFRS/GAAP and ERP expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA(SA) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial operations and accounting management.
• Experience leading finance teams, preferably remote or distributed.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities
