As Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial activities, build robust systems and frameworks, and ensure continuous access to accurate and timely financial insights that enable data-driven strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Oversee accounting, invoicing, debtor/creditor management, and ensure integrity of financial data.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and statutory requirements.
• Provide timely, relevant, and accurate financial insights to the executive team, board, and investors.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
