About the Role

This senior leadership role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and safety across the entire campus. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in environmental services management, with a strong focus on healthcare sanitation and regulatory compliance. You will lead a large team, manage significant budgets, and implement strategic initiatives to ensure a safe, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for environmental services and sanitation operations.
• Oversee all aspects of cleaning, waste management, pest control, and infection prevention protocols.
• Lead, manage, and develop a large team of environmental services professionals.
• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements
