This role involves driving the 'Data to Intelligence' vision, overseeing system integrations, and engaging with key stakeholders in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in data management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of AI technologies. Competenze

• 10+ years in data management or digital transformation, preferably within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in system implementation, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle data flows, syndicated data, and retailer onboarding.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end data integration strategy from external engagement to technical execution.
• Evaluate, select, and implement data management systems for accurate data flow.
• Establish product data flows and support the commercialization of data services.
• Act as the primary data liaison at industry events and in high-level meetings.
• Enforce data governance best practices and guide teams on integrating AI technologies.
