Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a management position.
• Ability to identify weaknesses in procedures and controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a contact point with regulators for compliance issues.
• Oversees development of Compliance department systems.
• Develops risk management processes to reduce non-compliance.
• Assists in creating a Compliance audit plan.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Compliance and/or Law

Minimum 6 – 10 years in financial services

Knowledge of Responsible Gambling

Compliance experience in gaming

Excellent communication skills

Experience in regulatory license applications
