Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with overarching business goals across a diverse and demanding client portfolio.
• New Business & Boardroom Pitching: Lead high-stakes pitch teams, win new tenders, and drive commercial growth through compelling executive presentations.
• Media Relations & PR Campaigns: Leverage deep-rooted, tier-one media relationships to secure high-profile coverage and formulate creative, integrated PR campaigns.
• Crisis & Reputation Management: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper of brand reputation, expertly navigating complex issues and deploying rapid, effective crisis communication strategies.
• Content & Digital Mastery: Oversee top-tier content development, copywriting, social media frameworks, and digital communication ecosystems.
• Team Leadership & Day-to-Day Management: Mentor, inspire, and manage a talented team of communications professionals, maintaining rigorous operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of senior-level experience within a PR agency, corporate communications environment, or integrated marketing landscape.
• Education: A relevant tertiary qualification (Postgraduate degree or advanced qualification in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred).
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in client leadership, managing large-scale portfolios, and navigating high-pressure corporate environments.
