Overview

To optimize and improve the speed, efficiency, and scalability of systems and the application of strategy to place in an industry dominant position when compared to its peer group.

Analyse collection and recovery performance bottlenecks and implement risk and associated (dialer / OMNI / AI) strategies to enhance investment.

Required Minimum Education

Degree in Commerce, Economics or Law. A post graduate qualification would be preferable.

Required Minimum Work Experience

• Minimum 10 Years' experience in Collections Environment / Financial Services Industry.
• Call Centre exposure.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a management role.
• 3-5 Years in a Senior Manager role.
• Exposure to AI in a collections and recovery context preferable.
• 2 Years' experience heading up a Client Enablement function (risk campaigns, dialer, digital, client treatment).
• Good commercial understanding / awareness of best practice unsecured collections and recovery.
• Best in class collections strategy and operations exposure at a Senior Management level.

Campaign Management & Strategic Execution

Good tactical insights into frameworks to facilitate operational execution. Advanced stakeholder engagement: Ability to understand the needs and expectations of all stakeholders and working to manage and address their concerns. Project management / project implementation: A broad understanding of project management disciplines to facilitate the execution of projects to meet specific goals.

Strategic and tactical execution of client engagement channels encompassing Dialer, OMNI and Digital platforms across both Agency and Principal.

Custodian of Master Data Universe in terms of business rule governance in terms of importation, hierarchy application of best-in‑class strategy to solicit a 'challenger' to the current 'champion'.
