We are seeking a Head of Analytics and Data Science, to lead our enterprise Data & Analytics function, acting as custodian of data assets, architect of strategy, champion of analytics and AI, and trusted advisor to the business.
To shape the data vision, deliver measurable impact across clinical, financial, and operational domains, and serve as a key member of the digital leadership team.
The incumbment's leadership will empower the business with data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, pricing, and financial performance.
Honours in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
Minimum of 7+ years in data / analytics leadership roles (healthcare experience preferred).
Strong technical fluency and proven stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to scale data functions and manage budgets.
Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
Define and execute an enterprise data strategy, including the establishment and maintenance of robust reporting systems.
Drive data governance, quality, and compliance across the organisation.
Lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives to support digital transformation.
Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing data team.
Provide strategic support and advisory services to clinical, finance, and hospital management workstreams to achieve operational success.
Drive continuous improvement, proactively identify and manage operational risks.
Develop and maintain standards, policies, and SOPs related to Data Science, Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
Identify and implement innovative ways to improve business practices, processes, and synergies for increased efficiency.
