You will develop bespoke treatment protocols, supervise a team of aestheticians, and drive service quality while staying abreast of the latest dermatology and aesthetic technology trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience as Medical Aesthetician or Dermal Therapist.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations and skin analyses to diagnose conditions and formulate personalized treatment strategies.
• Perform advanced treatments including laser therapies, chemical peels, microneedling, and other rejuvenation procedures.
• Oversee aesthetic service offerings, ensuring quality and safety.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior aestheticians.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and treatment technologies.
• Contribute to development of new treatment services and protocols.
• Maintain meticulous client records and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory of aesthetic supplies.
• Serve as primary contact for clients seeking advanced dermal therapies.
