About the Role

You will be responsible for managing coaching staff, ensuring adherence to sports science principles, and cultivating a positive, disciplined team culture. The Head Coach will work closely with athletic directors and support staff to enhance the program's reputation and success on both national and international stages. This position requires an on-site presence to effectively mentor and train athletes directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute season-long training plans tailored to individual and team goals for elite athletes.
• Oversee the recruitment and development of talented athletes within the program.
