Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including concept development, menu design, food preparation and service execution.
  • Create innovative, seasonal menus that celebrate exceptional ingredients and tell a compelling culinary story.
  • Inspire, train and mentor a talented kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and precision.
  • Maintain impeccable quality, presentation and consistency across all dishes and dining outlets.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective food cost management, supplier relationships, inventory control and health & safety compliance.
  • Partner closely with front-of-house and management teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Respond to guest feedback and continuously refine and elevate the culinary offering.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Head Chef (or equivalent leadership role) in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional, innovative cuisine in a fine-dining or five-star setting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams.
