Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a 4 or 5-star lodge or hospitality environment.
• Strong experience in high-volume luxury hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of buffet operations, live cooking stations, and guest interaction.
