Placements24 is seeking a Head Catering Chef to lead a culinary team in Rustenburg. This hands-on role directs the kitchen, develops innovative menus, and ensures top quality and presentation for all catered events.

You will manage food costs, inventory, staff training, and safety standards, while collaborating with the catering sales team to create memorable dining experiences during corporate functions, weddings, and private events.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef / Sous Chef in catering or high-volume events.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control food costs, and optimize inventory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills with HACCP knowledge.
