What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a dynamic bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Craft signature cocktails and elevate our beverage offering with creativity and style.
• Manage bar operations — from inventory control and cost management to maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle enquiries with professionalism, and create those unforgettable “wow” moments.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate closely with your Food & Beverage leaders to meet departmental goals and hotel targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a high-end or busy environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills — able to motivate and develop your team.
• Personal integrity and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with guests and colleagues.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
• A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
