A leading financial services provider in Johannesburg is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to implement HC initiatives and partner with leadership on recruitment, performance, and talent management. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in HC within financial services and relevant qualifications. The Human Capital Business Partner will be based at Glacier office in Rosebank and will be responsible for implementing and delivering HC initiatives. To partner with leaders and relevant stakeholders in prioritizing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent management, reward and recognition and initiatives in enhancing people solutions in alignment to the overall HC and business strategy. The HCBP will assist in the implementation of the HC operational plan based on a holistic understanding of our diverse workforce, enabling attraction, development and retention of top talent.
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the HC Business Partner:
Degree or Diploma with 5 to 8 years related experience.
