Job summary

A leading South African bank is seeking self-motivated individuals for a role involving general maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or a handyman trade. Responsibilities include assisting with maintenance tasks and serving as a relief driver/messenger. The position requires good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic knowledge in areas such as electrical work and plumbing. Applicants must hold a Grade 10 National Certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general construction or the handyman trade.
• Basic knowledge of electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing.
• Basic knowledge of handling and operating power tools.
• Basic knowledge of the Health and Safety act.

Purpose Statement
