You will work alongside a dedicated team to ensure that our properties are always well‑maintained and in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to complete repairs and projects.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:
  • Joinery / Carpentry – repairing doors, frames, cupboards, shelving, etc.
  • Painting & Touch‑ups – maintaining a professional appearance of the property.
  • Basic electrical and plumbing work
• Conduct routine inspections of the property and report any issues.
• Assist in coordinating with external contractors for projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a commercial property environment.
• Knowledge of joinery, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work.
• Valid driver's license.
• No criminal record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
