Job summary

A well-established client in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will ensure effective stock control and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager is essential.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock control, reconciliation, and reporting on stock variances.
• Monitor warehouse performance, turnaround, and lead times.
• Manage inbound and outbound stock flow, including receiving, checking, and distribution.
• Implement effective controls to reduce stock loss and ensure accurate returns processing.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with all legal and company standards.
