Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of recent management experience in running a coffee shop, restaurant or fast food outlet.
• Very hands-on, including baking and ability to work in both front of house and back of house.
• Computer literate in MS Office.
• Strong staff management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of Matric.
• South African citizen or valid work permit.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Contactable recent references.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to maximize staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and security.
• Control costs and track food safety and hygiene.
• Involve in baking, cash ups, and serving customers.
