Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council (MEIBC) and Furniture Bargaining Council (FBC).
• Understanding of BCEA, Employment Equity, WSP/ATR, and related compliance.
