Job summary

You will manage a labour force of about 50, oversee maintenance of vehicles and equipment, ensure safety compliance, and handle basic administration including record keeping and inventory.

Qualifications

• Agricultural Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in the Middle East.
• Computer literate.
• Valid Driver’s licence (Preferably Heavy-duty licence).
• Practically orientated, ‘Hands‑on’ and physically fit; able to work in a hot and humid environment.
• Mechanically orientated.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak English essential
• Able to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Management of a labour force of app. 50 persons.
• Basic maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure compliance of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Basic Administration work – Record keeping, report writing, inventory control, staff record keeping, etc.
