Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
  • Support payroll preparation and submission
  • Handle VAT submissions and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Assist with general accounting and administrative functions
Qualifications
  • Formal qualification in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proven experience using Zoho Books (this is essential and non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 23 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Must be based in or near Somerset West and able to work from the office every weekday morning
