Jobgether SRL, in partnership with a client, seeks an Arabic (Gulf) Language Expert for freelance AI training projects based in South Africa. You will evaluate Gulf Arabic outputs and provide detailed feedback to improve model performance.

You will assess dialectal accuracy, grammar, vocabulary, idioms, and cultural nuances across diverse conversations, working remotely on a flexible freelance basis with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Gulf Arabic with regional variations.
• Strong ability to assess linguistic accuracy and explain judgments with evidence.
• Master's degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Gulf Arabic language across diverse topics.
• Identify linguistic inaccuracies in phonetics, morphology, syntax, vocabulary, and culture.
• Provide structured feedback with reproducible examples to improve model performance.
• Recommend prompt engineering improvements and data-collection strategies.
• Contribute to high-quality training data for Gulf Arabic and cultural context.
• Document errors and reasoning behind evaluations.
