Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and informative game drives, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
• Assist with walking safaris and back-up trails guiding, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Share in-depth knowledge of the local wildlife, flora and fauna, and the surrounding ecosystem.
• Assist with daily lodge operations and provide relief management support when required.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, professionalism and communication.
• Work closely with the lodge team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Uphold all guiding, safety and lodge operational standards.
