Job summary

A luxury hotel in Cape Town is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to provide exceptional personalized service. The role requires anticipating guests' needs and managing their expectations. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a five-star setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work various shifts. This full-time position is in-person on the hotel premises.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or 1 year in a Front Office environment.
  • Must be highly presentable and able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the guest stay by welcoming them and facilitating any special requirements.
  • Manage cash accurately and ensure all administrative duties are performed timely.
  • Promote hotel services as priority over external service providers.

Skills

Excellent command of the English language
