  • Sending pre‑arrival messages and confirming bookings with our offsite reservations team
  • Double‑checking guest profiles and personalising stays
  • Making sure payments are in and accounts are settled
  • Welcoming guests with warmth and helping them feel at home every time
  • Handling queries and solving problems on the fly
  • Keeping rooms and keys ready at the right time
  • Knowing our hotel info and local tips like the back of your hand
  • Updating the team and Hotel Manager on anything that needs attention
  • Living the Home Suite Hotels brand in every interaction
  • Jumping in wherever needed
