Job summary

A premium health-focused organisation in Cape Town seeks a Guest Relationship Expert to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and guiding them through their screening processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. This is a shift-based role, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
  • Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Review daily guest lists to prepare for arrivals.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries with clear, helpful information.
  • Assist guests during registration and billing processes.
  • Explain screening services, departments, and processes.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised support.
  • Guide guests during screenings and offer refreshments.
  • Handle guest complaints calmly, escalating if needed.
  • Maintain accurate records related to reports and kit dispatch.
  • Ensure interactions meet health, safety, and quality standards.
