Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all operations at the Guest House, including reservations, check‑in / check‑out, guest relations, housekeeping, breakfast service, stock‑control, maintenance, on‑line marketing, and staff management of a small team.
  • Daily cash‑ups, petty cash management, purchases of stock, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and manage inventory and stock.
  • Manage guest reviews to improve services.
  • Submit written reports to the Director.

  • Previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a Guest House, Lodge or Boutique Hotel (prerequisite).
