Overview
We are looking for a skilled GTM Manager (Product Manager) in South Africa to oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in market and competitive analysis of product categories to provide in-depth industry insights and data support for GTM strategy formulation.
- Based on comprehensive market analysis, assist in formulating and implementing complex product positioning, pricing strategies, sales channels, and promotion plans.
- Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective communication and execution of strategies within the organization.
- Participate in key GTM projects, assist in planning, resource allocation, risk management, and monitor and optimize the project execution process.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of GTM activities, including sales data, market feedback, and ROI, and adjust market strategies based on the analysis results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of product-related experience, preferably with GTM experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in market analysis tools and data analysis software, such as CRM systems.
- Location: City of Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
