Job summary

Job description

Duties & ResponsibilitiesEfficient / effective services are delivered at the required standard.The resources are distributed as necessary to deliver the service to the required standardEnsuring safety and upkeep of equipment to working standard.Safety and health – incident reporting.Adherence to safety procedures and quality standardsBe competent in all areas of your responsibilityMaintain a high-quality standard then that of the customer in your workAttend to all mandatory meetings.Ensure that tasks are completed on timeReport any defects on the vehicle% compliance to security regulations and Airport safety% compliance to company policies and working proceduresEnsure that the radio is signed out before leaving the office.All departing flights must be signed off by the required Ramp agent or ground staffplete sign off documents must be collected from the control room before any ad-hoc or request is completed.

Full signature should be obtained.Two-way radios must be used for communication between the toilet / water truck driver and control room to record arrival and departing of parking bays.A compressive report must be completed and submitted immediately after the accident and follow the accident report.Vehicle must be kept clean at all times.

No old equipment is to be left behind after end of shift.Ensure that all the subordinates comply with ACSA rules and regulations as per all relevant training.Ensure staff compliant to the SHE Act with regards to wearing Personal Protective Equipmentmunicate movements and services on completion to the controller.All irregularities must be reported immediately if a vehicle is unserviceable.
