We are hiring a Remote Growth & Partnersihps Associate to help build the external growth engine behind Camuso CPA, driving media exposure, strategic partnerships, and authority amplification across the crypto, fintech, and Web3 ecosystem. You'll operate at the intersection of PR, partnerships, and business development by building systems that create visibility, authorit, and pipeline.

Build scalable pipelines and campaigns that generate qualified relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media & PR Outreach
    • Research and pitch podcasts, journalists, and event organizers to secure speaking, guest, and media opportunities.
    • Maintain a media contact list and CRM (HubSpot or Notion).
    • Coordinate logistics, bios, and assets for Patrick's interviews and features.
    • Track coverage and report on media performance (links, reach, backlinks).
  • Podcast & Guest Management (The Financial Frontier)
    • Research, identify, and pitch potential podcast guests (founders, regulators, policy experts, investors).
    • Manage the entire guest pipeline: outreach, scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up.
    • Coordinate recording logistics via Riverside (or similar).
    • Prepare bios, intros, and post‑interview promotion packages.
    • Track guest analytics (views, shares, engagement).
    • Support panel and webinar coordination under The Financial Frontier brand (e.g., “Crypto Tax Compliance Roundtables”).
  • Partnerships & Business Development
    • Identify potential referral or collaboration partners, other CPA firms, crypto tools, fintech startups, and platforms.
    • Build relationships with CPA firms, fintechs, exchanges, and crypto service providers for referrals and co‑marketing.
    • Identify collaboration opportunities with tools, softwares and communities.
    • Manage CRM of partnership leads, track stage progress, and measure ROI.
    • Assist in outreach for institutional and investor ecosystems (VCs, angel groups, Web3 projects).
    • Draft outreach messages, proposals, and partnership decks.
    • Manage communication pipelines and schedule follow‑ups.
    • Track ROI and outcomes from partnership activities.
  • Influence & Ecosystem Relations
    • Research and connect with key influencers, investor groups, and community leaders in crypto and finance.
    • Support collaborations (joint AMAs, LinkedIn Lives, panels).
    • Track relationships and manage the Influence & Network Tracker dashboard.
  • Campaign & Launch Support
    • Assist in high‑visibility campaigns, including book launches, policy coalitions, newsletters and new service rollouts.
    • Coordinate between media, partners, and internal teams for campaign logistics.
    • Support events and panels under The Financial Frontier brand.
  • Awards & Authority Building
    • Research and draft applications for awards, recognitions, and listings.
    • Help maintain Patrick's professional profiles (Crunchbase, WikiData, Google Knowledge Graph, etc.).
    • Track firm mentions, backlinks, and recognition milestones.
  • Outbound Sales & Web3 Lead Generation
    • Research and map target Web3, DeFi, NFT, DAO, and crypto SaaS companies aligned with Camuso CPA's client profile.
    • Develop and maintain a prospect database (Notion / Apollo / Clay) categorized by industry, size, and potential service need.
    • Craft and send personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn, email, or introductions) using approved templates.
    • Collaborate with Patrick to identify strategic entry points: compliance deadlines, funding rounds, or crypto events.
    • Manage outreach cadence and follow‑ups in HubSpot or Notion CRM.
    • Track engagement, conversions, and booked calls as KPIs.
    • Support Patrick or senior team in qualifying leads and preparing intro materials.
    • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of crypto accounting challenges (treasury, token issuance, DeFi yield, etc.) to communicate intelligently with prospects.
  • Intelligence, Tracking & Reporting
    • Update weekly performance dashboards in Notion.
    • Maintain outreach and lead tracking through HubSpot or Airtable.
    • Prepare monthly summaries of placements, partnerships, and key metrics.
  • Willingness to Evolve & Drive Strategy
    • This is not a static role.
    • You will be expected to evolve with the firm, adapt to new strategic directions, and actively suggest growth experiments, outreach tactics, content formats, and partnership angles.

Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, PR, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of outreach, growth strategy, and relationship building.
  • Exceptional English writing and communication, precise, persuasive, and professional.
  • Proficiency with modern growth tools: ChatGPT, Apollo, Clay, Notion, LinkedIn, Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or Web3 strongly preferred (or proven ability to learn fast).
  • Highly organized, KPI‑driven, and relentlessly execution‑focused.
Policies and Expectations

Must maintain a secure work environment: password‑protected devices and cloud storage. No public/shared devices or open Wi‑Fi. VPN strongly preferred. Sign NDA + IP assignment. Non‑compete (no freelance crypto or Web3 or professional service clients). Consent to background check.

Communication & Turnaround Requirements: Respond to Slack and ClickUp within 1 business hour (during work hours). Submit work within agreed deadlines. Attend weekly Zoom check‑ins and submit daily progress reports. Communicate clearly about roadblocks or delays.

Hiring Process
