Sanlam Connect is seeking experienced short-term financial advisors in South Africa to deliver tailored insurance advice and build enduring client relationships. You will market multiple products within the Santam Group, access leads, and benefit from strong support structures to grow your personal portfolio while upholding compliant practices.

Role emphasizes client service, prospecting, and achievement of sales targets within a competitive market environment.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Short term insurance – NQF 4 or FAIS credits
• At least 2 years sales experience in short term insurance (Personal lines and Commercial lines)
• RE5 required
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Clear credit & criminal record
• Own transport and drivers’ license

Responsibilities

• Provide new and existing clients with professional short-term insurance advice and products
• Undertake procurement of sustainable high-quality business aligned to targets
• Maintain and service clients to build long-term loyalty to the Sanlam brand
• Conduct needs analyses and present suitable financial solutions
• Generate leads and pursue new opportunities to grow the business
