A trailblazing fintech venture backed by one of South Africa's most established financial institutions is scaling rapidly and looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion across its digital product ecosystem.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role - you'll be joining an agile, product‑led environment where data, experimentation, and innovation fuel decision‑making.
You'll own full‑funnel growth strategy across multiple digital channels, working alongside product, analytics, and technology teams to optimise acquisition performance, reduce churn, and unlock new monetisation opportunities.
It is important to note that this is a hands‑on, execution role.
If you thrive in a fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn culture and want to make a measurable impact on the growth trajectory of a high‑potential fintech challenger, this opportunity is for you.
Own paid digital acquisition campaigns across performance channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic.
Extract and analyse data independently using SQL, including building custom dashboards and performance reports.
Continuously optimise creative, bidding strategies, landing pages, and targeting to improve CAC and conversion rate.
Design and run A / B and multivariate experiments across user journeys to drive funnel efficiency and retention.
Analyse core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, payback period, churn, ARR / MRR) and translate insights into scalable initiatives.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility to cross‑functional stakeholders and leadership.
Develop lifecycle strategies across email, push, and in‑app to improve activation and engagement.
Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives with business priorities.
Brief and manage freelancers or agencies where needed to accelerate channel execution.
Please note : Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
If you do not hear from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
We thank you for your interest in the role and wish you the best in your career search.
