Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' administrative or coordination experience in sales, merchant services, or financial environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Understanding of merchant onboarding or activation processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare onboarding packs, track deals, and maintain version control.
  • Update Dynamics/Salesforce daily, generate reports, and keep data clean.
  • Capture and track inbound leads, monitor conversions, and liaise with Marketing.
  • Compile dashboards, track KPIs, and highlight trends.
  • Organize meetings, merchant sessions, and activation timelines.
  • Ensure documentation meets standards and maintain confidentiality.

As a Growth Administrator, you’ll be the operational backbone of the Growth team, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and efficient execution. Your work enables our Growth Executives and Partners to focus on what matters most: expanding our merchant network and enabling financial inclusion through technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • 📂 Growth Process Administration – Prepare onboarding packs, track deals, and maintain version control.
  • 🖥️ CRM & Pipeline Management – Update Dynamics/Salesforce daily, generate reports, and keep data clean.
  • 📈 Marketing Lead Management – Capture and track inbound leads, monitor conversions, and liaise with Marketing.
  • 📊 Reporting & Data Consolidation – Compile dashboards, track KPIs, and highlight trends.
  • 📅 Coordination & Scheduling – Organize meetings, merchant sessions, and activation timelines.
  • ✔️ Compliance & Record Keeping – Ensure documentation meets standards and maintain confidentiality.
