SUMMARY

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands‑on Group Risk & Compliance Manager who can bring structure, insight, and influence to how risk and compliance are managed across a leading organisation in the technology sector.

You’ll lead the development and continuous improvement of an integrated risk and compliance framework, ensuring governance, assurance, and ethical practices are firmly embedded across the business.

This role blends strategic oversight with practical execution, aligning risk management and compliance with the Group’s broader business objectives.

POSITION INFO

The ideal candidate is a seasoned in‑house professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and who balances big‑picture thinking with operational depth, engaging confidently across multiple business lines.

What you’ll bring
  • LLB or Relevant degree in Risk Management or Law (IRMSA or similar certification advantageous)
  • 6+ years’ experience in enterprise risk and compliance within a group or complex corporate environment
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing risk and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills (executives & regulatory authorities)
  • Strong understanding of South African governance standards (King IV) and regulatory frameworks
  • A mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands‑on execution
