Experience Requirement: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager.

Position Overview:

As the Operations/General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. You will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, with a specific focus on manufacturing top-quality trailers and delivering truck solutions, transportation, logistics and truck sales. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and ensuring our continued growth and success.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage our operational teams to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with the company's growth and financial goals.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and vehicles, to meet operational objectives while maintaining cost‑effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure our trailer manufacturing and truck solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations. Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage operational budgets, closely monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Logistics and Distribution: Lead our logistics and distribution teams to optimise transportation routes, warehouse operations and inventory management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, industry standards and environmental sustainability. Implement safety measures to protect our workforce, assets and the environment.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance, identify trends and make informed, data‑driven decisions.
• Customer Focus: Maintain and enhance the highest levels of customer service standards, promptly addressing any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
• Proven leadership experience in the manufacturing and truck solutions industry, with a focus on trailers.
• Strong background in operations management and process optimisation.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
