Job description

Ability Recruitment – Centurion, Gauteng

Sustainability / Environmental Social Governance (ESG): The manager will implement the Group ESG Strategy, Policy and business practices for the monitoring, management and oversight of ESG across the Group.

The Manager will baseline, monitor and measure all ESG-related metrics for the Group's own direct and indirect footprint (e.g., energy, water, waste, paper, travel, supplier selection and onboarding, OHS, etc.) across the business.

The Manager will provide expert advice, guidance and support to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety, Sustainability and Risk policies, procedures and associated legislation and regulations.

The manager must develop a systematic approach for implementation throughout the Group.

The manager must further be independently advising, monitoring, and auditing for compliance across the Group.
