Job summary

An international mining company is seeking a Group HR Director to lead HR strategy across multiple operations in Africa. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in HR and have at least 5 years' experience at the director level within the mining sector. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, participating in executive committees, and standardizing HR policies. A competitive salary of R2.2mil to R2.3mil is offered, excluding benefits and bonuses.

Responsibilities
