Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the CFO to ensure sound financial management and controls are in place and continuously improved.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for the Chief Financial Officer to support financial decision‑making.
  • Generate quarterly reports for the Board and Audit & Risk Committee meetings.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with IFRS.
  • Digitize various Excel and labor‑intensive reporting and forecast modeling tools and support the Company's digitization journey.
  • Responsibility for the IFRS and other control improvement projects.
  • Monitor and oversee the consolidated credit control function, people leader role.
  • Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial support as required by other functions in the organization including business strategic initiatives.
  • Review capital investments, including IRR calculations.
  • Assist with the ad‑hoc requirements of the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Prepare consolidated financial accounts, establish accounting policies/procedures, and ensure compliance of subsidiaries and/or divisions and group credit control.
Job Experience & Skills Required
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • BCom Accounting
  • BCom Honours / CTACA(SA)
  • Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in financial management role
