  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with auditors, hotel management, and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise accounting staff, provide training and guidance, and encourage professional development to ensure excellence across the finance function.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant financial qualification (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
  • Essential: Proven hotel accounting experience- minimum 5 years in a financial role within a 4- or 5-star hotel
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS essential
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline orientation
