Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Group Finance Manager to lead financial operations across our organization of 9 independent entities. This is a high-impact strategic role where you’ll partner with executive leadership to drive financial excellence, implement group-wide standards and provide insights that shape our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
• Drive month-end and year-end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency

Strategic Impact

• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group
• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers and strategic investments

Multi-Entity Coordination

• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations and complex reconciliations
• Implement standardized financial policies, procedures and controls across all entities
• Drive group-wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions
• Build strong relationships with finance teams across the organization

Team Development

• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Drive capability building and knowledge sharing across entities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field or higher

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)

• Strong understanding of tax, treasury and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
