The role includes preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance, leading budgets, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years in hospitality finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, and strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP. Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in hospitality group finance or multi-property finance.
  • Strong IFRS / GAAP, tax, and hospitality KPI knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, variance reports, and year-end statutory packs.
  • Maintain chart of accounts and manage intercompany transactions.
  • Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and Capex / Opex planning.
  • Consolidate cash flow and manage working capital.
  • Strengthen internal controls (cash handling, POS, inventory).
  • Ensure tax, payroll, statutory and audit compliance.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and support on M&A.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and drive process improvements.

A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple properties. The role focuses on accurate reporting, strong controls, compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, variance reports, and year-end statutory packs.
  • Maintain chart of accounts, manage intercompany transactions, and ensure IFRS / GAAP compliance.
  • Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and Capex / Opex planning.
  • Consolidate cash flow, manage working capital, oversee collections and liquidity.
  • Strengthen internal controls (cash handling, POS, inventory, stock counts, night audit).
  • Ensure tax, payroll, statutory and audit compliance.
  • Provide strategic financial insights, modelling, and support on M&A / due diligence.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across properties and drive process improvements and ERP enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting (MBA advantageous).
  • 5–8+ years in hospitality group finance or multi-property finance.
  • Strong IFRS / GAAP, tax, and hospitality KPI knowledge.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
  • PMS, POS, ERP system experience.
  • Strong modelling and forecasting skills.
