We are seeking an exceptional Group Finance Manager to lead financial operations across our organization of 9 independent entities.

This is a high-impact strategic role where you'll partner with executive leadership to drive financial excellence, implement group-wide standards, and provide insights that shape our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
  • Drive month‑end and year‑end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency
Strategic Impact
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision‑making
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group
  • Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments
Multi‑Entity Coordination
  • Manage inter‑company transactions, eliminations, and complex reconciliations
  • Implement standardized financial policies, procedures, and controls across all entities
  • Drive group‑wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions
  • Build strong relationships with finance teams across the organization
Team Development
  • Lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
  • Drive capability building and knowledge sharing across entities
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field or higher
  • 8‑10 years of progressive finance experience with 4‑5 years at senior management level
  • Proven track record managing multi‑entity financial operations and consolidations
  • Expert knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and financial reporting standards
Technical Excellence
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Expert‑level Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with consolidation software (OneStream, SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
