Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions
- Drive month‑end and year‑end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency
Strategic Impact
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision‑making
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments
Multi‑Entity Coordination
- Manage inter‑company transactions, eliminations, and complex reconciliations
- Implement standardized financial policies, procedures, and controls across all entities
- Drive group‑wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions
- Build strong relationships with finance teams across the organization
Team Development
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Drive capability building and knowledge sharing across entities
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field or higher
- 8‑10 years of progressive finance experience with 4‑5 years at senior management level
- Proven track record managing multi‑entity financial operations and consolidations
- Expert knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and financial reporting standards
Technical Excellence
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Expert‑level Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with consolidation software (OneStream, SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.)
- Strong understanding of tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
