Strategic Insight GenerationOwn and lead delivery of cross-departmental analytics projects that inform executive decisions, from operational optimisation to financial forecasting.Proactively identify high-leverage data opportunities and build reporting ecosystems that enable teams to act with confidence and speed.Translate business objectives into data initiatives, ensuring outputs are actionable, relevant, and value-driven.2.

Data Architecture & Reporting FrameworksDesign and maintain scalable, maintainable reporting systems (dashboards, automated reports, models) that support users from front-line teams to executives.Establish consistent definitions and KPIs across business units to enable Group-wide alignment.Act as the product owner for the analytics stack—prioritising developments, driving adoption, and evolving tooling as business needs grow.3.

Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the go-to analytics partner for Planning, Ops, Finance, Tech, and Executive leadership, with a mandate to unify and elevate the Group's data maturity.Lead cross-team analytics initiatives—e.g. performance benchmarking, forecasting tools, pricing or capacity planning models—that require deep collaboration and influence.4.

Coaching, Standards, and GovernanceMentor and upskill analysts and data consumers across departments; set best practices for analytical work, from SQL / query design to dashboarding.Maintain documentation and data governance standards to ensure reliability and repeatability in analytics outputs.5.

Special Projects and InnovationLead "special forces" analytics efforts—time-sensitive, complex projects where precision, innovation, and cross-functional alignment are key.Champion the use of new tools and methodologies (e.g. predictive modelling, scenario simulation, automation) to advance analytics capability.Skills and Qualifications5+ years in data / analytics, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.Strong grasp of business operations, financial logic, and stakeholder management.High‑level proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio / Smartsheets (as appropriate).

Experience managing complex reporting pipelines and coordinating inputs from multiple teams.Strong communicator with ability to "translate" technical outputs into business actions.Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 20 AM – 4 : 20 PM, and Alternate Saturdays, 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM.The Company reserves the right to withdraw from the recruitment process at any time, at its sole discretion.
