Job summary

The Clicks Group is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead the group’s cyber security programme across retail, pharmacy, distribution and digital platforms. You will translate business priorities into security action, manage risk, and direct incident response with executive reporting.

You will oversee threat intelligence, vulnerability management, PCI DSS compliance and security controls. Strong leadership and hands-on security expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Systems Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant equivalent qualification.
• CISSP or CISM certification (or equivalent).
• A relevant hands-on technical security certification, or a cloud security certification such as CCSP, is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the cyber security programme across the Group, reporting to the Executive for Cyber Security and Governance.
• Oversee vulnerability management, security risk assessments and the penetration testing programme.
• Define and integrate standardised security controls into IT applications and infrastructure, including store, point-of-sale, pharmacy and distribution environments.
• Oversee threat intelligence, external attack surface monitoring and security tool evaluation.
• Own identity and access governance, data security controls and PCI DSS compliance programme.
• Embed security requirements into IT projects from design through go-live and budget penetration testing.
