Duties & Responsibilities

• Define and drive Tsebo Groups technology vision and strategy
• Lead the development evaluation and coordination of IT systems in partnership with outsourced providers
• Manage dual environments : a mature RSA market and a less developed non-RSA African market
• Nurture and innovate a cloud-based strategy to support distributed and remote operations
• Facilitate communication across internal and external technology stakeholders
• Drive innovation AI digital transformation automation and continuous improvement
• Enhance the user experience and simplify processes
• Deliver strategic IT leadership governance and top quartile cost efficiencies
