This executive role is suited to a visionary leader with deep financial expertise and a passion for driving performance and governance.

POSITION INFO:

The GCFO will oversee all financial functions including planning, reporting, treasury, risk, and compliance. The role involves strategic decision-making, leadership of teams, and regular interaction with executive management and board committees. Travel between subsidiaries and operational sites is required.

• Lead, budgeting, and reporting aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee treasury, risk management, and to ensure financial stability and compliance.
• Direct operations, tax strategy, and audit processes in line with international standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while driving continuous improvement and governance.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and strategic financial management.
