A financial advisory firm in Gauteng seeks a skilled professional to manage client engagements, offer financial planning and analysis, and ensure compliance with IFRS. Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in Finance and have over 3 years of relevant experience, including expertise in tools like Xero and Pastel. This role emphasizes financial foresight and strategic alignment with business goals.
Manage client engagements providing insight regarding the structure that was developed by management. Execute operation and transactional alignment with corporate strategy and estate planning. Initiate technical research within advisory for structures and transactions. Identify and create business value optimisation via review and solution finding. Provide audit support, financial preparation and analysis to a point of review. Provide financial planning and analysis support to the business. Prepare and present financial forecasts and annual budgets. Provide technical opinions within tax and accounting matters. Develop pricing models within advisory products and services. Ensure organisational compliance with IFRS and IFRS SME. Ensure due diligence on M&A, transactional activity, strategy, business valuations and risks.
Degree/Diploma in Finance; matric. 3+ years experience using: computer literacy (Excel, Word, MS Office), Xero, Pastel Partner, Pastel Evolution, Pastel Payroll, Sage VIP Payroll, eFiling, EasyFile.
