Qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge of gears, pinions, drive trains components, bearings, shell and head replacements.

• Must be able to align Girth Gear. Strong knowledge of installation, alignment, and maintenance procedures.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications, with detailed reporting on work performed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, offering solutions.
• Ensure on-time execution of installation and maintenance projects.
• Apply experience and technical knowledge to achieve mill performance and extend lifespan.
• Assist with the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Support training and mentoring of junior technicians.
