Qualifications

• 2 years of working experience, including 1 Green Star building project.
• Strong technical skills related to green certification.
• Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the green certification process and ensure documentation is complete.
• Review submissions from consultants for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead post-construction audits as EDGE Expert.
• Conduct inspections of green sites for compliance.
• Prepare and submit documents and reports to auditors.

Duties

• Oversee the green certification process, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Review submissions from consultants for accuracy and compliance.
• Take on the EDGE Expert role and lead post-construction audits.
• Conduct inspections and reviews of green sites to ensure compliance with certification standards.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on site.
• Prepare and submit required documents, plans, and reports to auditors.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks related to certification.

Requirements

• Qualification: BSc Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Construction.
• Experience: 2 years working experience, including at least 1 Green Star building project.
• Technical Skills: GBCSA Green Star AP & IFC EDGE Expert certification.
• Strong administration and reporting skills.
